Our Algerian subsidiary

Our two experiences on Algerian territory in 1999 and 2001, and the changing of regulations for calls for tender there in 2004 gave us restricted access to the overseas market. We made the decision to create a subsidiary under Algerian law held by holding company.

We wanted to be closer of our customers, and to have come local economic activity in order to participate in the development of the country. Within the group, the export represents only 10 % of the turnover, with a strong claim to increasing this to develop this at least 20 % in the next 3 years.
